Chad has 30 years of experience as a leader in acquisition, finance, and consulting. He has utilized his extensive entrepreneurial background and board experience to build a legacy of service.

Before establishing PMIL, Chad provided consultation and coordinated positive change of trajectory for over 20 nonprofit, diverse, community outreach programs and international educational organizations. He has consistently spent a significant amount of time as a volunteer, training youth in servant leadership, integrity, and ethics.

He has been called a “Ten-talent Man” by his mentors, and is genuinely motivated to enable those around him to meet their highest potential. Chad is often described by his friends as an avid encourager and a gentleman leader. 

In his spare time, he is a pilot-member of the Princeton Flying Tigers. He also enjoys spending time with family and exploring his love for antiques.
