Matthew Peterson, a New Jersey native and long-time Princeton resident, holds multiple professional licenses in the mechanical, plumbing, and fire safety industry. As a local business owner and entrepreneur, he has played a key role in various real estate and commercial development projects.

Matthew's passion for piston-driven engines, including cars, motorcycles, boats, and aircraft, began early and remains strong. He is a founding member of the museum, aiming to share his knowledge with younger generations. Married to his high school sweetheart Linda, Matthew has four grown children and six grandchildren. In his leisure, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and trout fishing, often sharing these experiences with his son in Colorado.
